Adult Faith Exploration is your place to develop life-long spiritual growth and knowledge. Each class and event explores a broad range of topics dealing with faith, spirituality and religious issues. Participants pray with one another, dive into the deeper meaning of scripture, exchange ideas on intriguing questions, and listen carefully to the words of modern sages who embody the teachings of Christ from various perspectives (and sometimes from other faith traditions). All are welcome!

Fall 2026 Book Study
Join Adult Faith Exploration starting on September 13th, for an exciting new book study! We will meet in the library at 9 AM.
We will read “And the Sea Was No More: Reading the Bible in the Deep.” Michael Curry, former presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church, says this about the book: “Scripture comes alive in this personal, powerful message to all who at times feel alone and overwhelmed, reminding us that our loving, liberating, and life-giving God is with us―especially when we may not feel it.”
Please contact Saoirse if you want the church to order a book on your behalf. The book will be available in e-book format, but not in paperback or in audible format.
Eden Scripture Circles
Join us later on September 13 for Eden Scripture Circle. We will gather in the library for an afternoon of fellowship and Bible study. Mark your calendars, all are welcome!
Days of Delight
Join Saorise in Golden on Thursday evenings Days of Delight!
We will take advantage of the warm evenings to walk a labyrinth and engage in a contemplative practice together. What kind of contemplative practice? “Lightly held. Poetry. Brief free writing. Words. Images. Memories. Art. Trees. Music. Breathing. Conversation. Imagination. Gentle. Stretching. Slow. I need and want to do this for myself, and greatly enjoy companions along the way. I will facilitate, with deep joy.”
The event begins at 6:00 PM, but guests can drop in or drop out, as they choose. The event is also available on Zoom.
