This page is for our current facility users, and serves as a resource to get new agreements,
contact staff, get checkout lists, and other items associated with renting our facility.

Facility User Agreement

If you are a one-time user, your agreement is out-of-date, or you need to print a new one for your own records, you may download below. 


Checkout List

When leaving the facility after your event or meeting, we ask that you follow these guidelines before exiting the building. Please download and provide a copy to any leaders in your group 


Certificate of Insurance

You will need a certificate of insurance to cover your organization and participants on the day(s) of your event. Please contact your personal insurance agent, contact your national organization or governing body, or call the church office at 303.233.4991 for more information.


Room rates and setup

Our current rates are available to download and print below. 
NOTE: All rates are per hour for your meeting time only. All users are allotted one hour for setup (at no charge) and one hour to break down/clean up (at no charge).
If you need assistance in setting up and breaking down your room configuration, the charge is the non-profit rate per hour for that room.
