Parents may come and get their children for communion and return them to the classroom or keep them in the service. The teachers for this class are Alison Buckley and Margie Grimsley. Children must be potty-trained to attend this class.
Elementary (ages 6-12)
All children ages 6-12 are invited to attend Sunday school in room 10, located downstairs. This class runs from 10:15-11:15 am at which time, the children are brought up to the church to join their families for the peace and communion. The curriculum for this age group is “Living the Good News”, a lectionary-based program that focuses on common themes for the whole parish, young and old. This class will be taught using a rotation model where an adult parishioner commits to teach for three weeks. A second adult helper is always present in the classroom.
