Preschool through Grade 6
All potty-trained 3 year olds through kindergarteners are invited to attend Sunday school in our preschool/kindergarten room located downstairs. This class is also known as extended session and runs from 10:30 to the end of the service. Parents may come and get their children for communion and return them to the classroom or keep them in the service. The teachers for this class are Alison Buckley and Margie Grimsley. Children must be potty-trained to attend this class.
Elementary (1st through 6th grades)
All children in First through Sixth grades are invited to attend Sunday school! Our classes are downstairs under our worship space. Class begins at 10:30 and ends when the children are brought up into the church to join their families for the exchange of the Peace and for Communion — usually about 11:15. The curriculum for this age group is “Living the Good News”, a lectionary-based program that focuses on common themes for the whole parish, young and old. This class will be taught using a rotation model where an adult parishioner commits to teach for three weeks. A second adult helper is always present in the classroom.
Please note St. Paul’s Sunday school is peanut/tree nut free.
