| Rector, The Reverend Allan Cole
As a priest, Allan is committed to beautiful, artful and meaningful worship and particularly to the proclamation of the Gospel message in preaching. He therefore devotes much of his time to the prayer and study that inspired preaching requires. Allan views the preaching of the Gospel as a call to new life. So the preaching event itself is not a solicitation to a certain way of believing, but to the decision of faith. A native of North Carolina, Allan is the father of three sons. As a mountain biker, snowboarder, and lover of the outdoors (and as one who loves to wear cowboy boots), he is proud to call Colorado his home. Deacon, The Reverend Charolotte Shepic
At St. Paul’s, she works to involve the congregation in ways to be involved in the community and the world. Her work in the community outside of St. Paul’s is as president of the board for the Parish Resource Center of Colorado, as a co-chaplain for the Episcopal Church Women diocesan board and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Front Range Region of the Diocese.board. Charlotte and her husband of 30 years enjoy being empty nesters as their only child and son is in college. Her passions include the care of the environment, camping, biking, reading and knitting.

Allan is the fifth Rector of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and received his Masters of Divinity from the School of Theology of the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. Following his ordination in 2000, he served as Assistant to the Rector at St. Andrew’s in Maryville, TN and then as Senior Chaplain at Heathwood Hall Episcopal School in Columbia, SC. Allan was appointed Priest-in-Charge at St. Paul’s in 2008 and was installed as Rector in May of 2011. 
In November, 1997 Charlotte was ordained as a vocational deacon in the Episcopal Church. In the spring of 1998 she began working at the Diocesan offices as the Administrator to the Holy Orders Process and continued in that position until January, 2005. Charlotte served as a deacon at St. Elizabeth’s in Brighton for 1 ½ years, St. Martha’s in Westminster for almost 2 years and at St. Paul’s in Lakewood for 10 years.
